Artist’s Statement: I have been inspired by this song for years and thought about somehow turning the imagery it imparted in my mind into a book. Using a simple layout with the text sitting off to the side, not distracting from the images, yet attracting the reader’s eye. The images are an imaginary landscape seen from 30,000 feet above the ground, with the world divided into geometric patterns in varying shades of green and blue.
In private collection.
